Karen is an experienced hypnotherapist, specialising in trauma based anxiety and depression.  She also has a special interest in sleep issues, pain management, confidence and wellbeing.  Utilising a person-centred, holistic approach, she has help hundreds of clients to achieve their goals.

 Deborah is a naturopathic health coach, specialising in supporting people living with long-term health conditions and chronic pain.  She has a particular interest in the mind-body connection and how we can support our own wellbeing through self-care and self-compassion practices, as well as through healthy diet and lifestyle.
